We have some news to share: Resolved has been named to the 2026 MSPs to Watch list by MSP Summit.

Resolved is one of 130 managed service providers named to MSP Summit’s 2026 MSPs to Watch list, part of the MSP 501 program. The recognition is an independent, financials-based look at which providers run a sound, fast-growing business, and it validates the specialist model we built for architecture, engineering, and construction firms.

The list recognizes 130 managed service providers across the industry. It is part of the MSP 501 program, which means every company on it went through the same rigorous review: revenue mix quality, recurring revenue percentages, revenue per employee, and year-over-year growth. It is not a popularity contest or a pay-to-play badge. It is an independent look at whether an MSP runs a sound business, and we are proud to have measured up.

What this recognition actually means

Plenty of awards in our industry reward size. This one rewards trajectory. MSPs to Watch identifies the fastest-growing providers that combine operational discipline with innovation, the companies MSP Summit believes represent where managed services is headed in an AI-driven channel.

That framing matters to us, because it is exactly the bet we made when we built Resolved. We did not set out to be the biggest generalist MSP. We set out to be the AI-native technology partner for architecture, engineering, and construction firms, with everything we do measured in one currency: the hours we give back to your team.

The credit goes two ways

First, to our team. Recognition like this is a lagging indicator. What it actually reflects is thousands of small moments that never make a press release: picking up the phone in 60 seconds, catching a backup failure before it matters, and knowing that a workstation locked mid-render on deadline day is an emergency, not a ticket.

Second, to our clients. The architecture, engineering, and construction firms we work with took a chance on a specialist with a different model, one that pairs a Managed IT foundation with a Managed AI layer and holds both accountable to business results. Your trust, your feedback, and your high standards are the reason we keep improving. This recognition is validation of the model you helped us build.

What changes for our clients

In practical terms, nothing about how we show up day to day. Our 60/60/60 promise stands: a human on the phone in 60 seconds, a substantive email reply within 60 minutes, onboarding done in 60 days.

What the designation does give you is independent confirmation of something we have always asked you to take on faith: that the firm holding your infrastructure, your data, and your AI strategy is financially sound, efficiently run, and built for sustainable growth. When you choose a technology partner, you are betting on their next decade, not just their current service desk. We think you bet well.

What’s next

Honorees will be featured on the MSP Summit website starting July 14 and recognized at MSP Summit this September 28 to 30 in Orlando. You can see the full 2026 MSPs to Watch list on the MSP Summit site.

Meanwhile, we will get back to the work: keeping your foundation solid, building the AI layer on top, and handing your senior people their hours back.

Put a two-year plan behind your IT spend

Most firms buy technology one urgent decision at a time, with no plan behind the spend. A Strategic Technology Assessment fixes that: where your firm is today, where you want to go, and a two-year roadmap and IT budget to get there, quarter by quarter.

No obligation, and you do not have to switch providers to get the assessment. Deliverables yours to keep.
