We run on software we built ourselves
Most providers manage your technology from a patchwork of disconnected tools. We built our own operating system instead. Resolved OS pulls read-only from the platforms we run your service on, the RMM, service desk, Microsoft 365, and backups, and reconciles that data in a database we own, with AI assistance embedded throughout.
It’s the clearest proof of what we do for clients: when off-the-shelf tools don’t fit how the work actually flows, we build. We started with ourselves.

How We Came Together
A team with history
The people who lead Resolved aren’t strangers assembled around a logo. Reid came up through IT the long way, from a repair bench and a help-desk queue to running operations at a larger managed services firm, and he brought that hard-won sense of what good looks like into how Resolved runs.
Reid and Chris first worked together years earlier and stayed in touch because they shared a way of working: put the client first, meet on a real cadence, and take ownership of the whole environment instead of just closing tickets. Chris went on to co-found his own managed services firm before joining Resolved to lead AI strategy. Mike learned the craft here from day one and built the operating standard the team still follows.
Our focus on architecture and engineering firms grew the honest way. A handful of A&E clients thrived, referred others, and told us their business looked a lot like ours. We leaned in, went deep, and made them our specialty.

Reid McConkey
Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Reid founded Resolved in 2020 on a simple conviction: technology should give a firm time back, not take it. After years as a manager at several managed services firms, he had watched the same gaps repeat, weak customer success, little genuine client connection, and technology decisions disconnected from business outcomes. Too often the client and the consultant never sat at the same table: firms made big technology decisions without their consultant in the room, and consultants made calls that affected the client without ever consulting them. He built Resolved to close those gaps. Today he sets the firm’s vision and strategy, leads its move to an AI-native model, and owns the relationships with the leaders the firm serves.

Michael Logan
Chief Operating Officer
Mike has been with Resolved since day one and started his IT career here, beginning as a technician and growing into service manager and eventually Chief Operating Officer as the team expanded. While Reid focused on growing the firm, Mike was boots on the ground with clients, and he shaped the Resolved way that the whole team still follows. Today he leads operations and client success, and he has trained, managed, and mentored every member of the current team.

Chris Briggs
Chief Information Officer
Chris brings more than 20 years in the industry across roles as a system administrator, systems engineer, and consultant. He and Reid first worked together earlier in their careers and stayed in touch for years; Chris went on to co-found his own managed services firm before joining Resolved as Chief Information Officer in January 2026. His range runs from solving the hardest technical problems to designing sophisticated new solutions, and today he leads AI strategy and solution design, serving as CIO to Managed IT clients and Chief AI Officer to AI clients.
