Managed IT | IT Support

Support that understands how you work.

Managed IT support for architecture and engineering firms with genuine expertise in the tools your team relies on.

IT support should enable great work, not interrupt it.

When support is slow, inconsistent, or clueless about your tools, your team pays the price.

Responses that respect your time

Waiting hours for a callback while a deadline looms is as expensive as it is frustrating. Our team answers in seconds, not hours, so your designers get back to billable work without losing momentum.

People who know your name

Rotating technicians reading notes from the last person create friction and waste time. You get a dedicated support team who know your systems, your people, and your priorities.

Expertise in the tools you actually use

Generic IT treats Revit and Bluebeam as obscure specialty software and sizes hardware to match. Naming the software is not the same as supporting the work. We engineer for what those tools demand, from workstation specs to worksharing.

Problems solved before they disrupt

Reactive support waits for things to break. We monitor proactively, catching issues before they impact your team, so you stop firefighting and start focusing on the work that matters.

Sound Familiar?

Tech friction draining billable hours?

We built our support model for architecture and engineering firms first, because generic IT support has been failing the AEC world for years. Here’s what makes the difference.

AEC expertise as standard

We treat Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and BIM coordination as core business systems: workstations sized to the model, central files that sync clean across offices, storage built for what a project really carries.

Dedicated teams, not ticket queues

You'll be assigned a service team who learn your business inside out. The same faces, the same context, the same understanding, building deeper knowledge with every interaction.

Speed that matches your deadlines

When project timelines are tight, waiting isn't an option. Our 60-second phone and 60-minute email response targets exist because we understand what's actually at stake when your team hits a wall.

Proactive partnership

We don't wait for your call. Continuous monitoring identifies issues before they disrupt your team, so problems get resolved in the background while your designers stay focused.

A team that stays

Low turnover means the people who support you tend to stick around, so there is no constant retraining and no lost context, just a team that gets better at helping you over time.

Full accountability

No finger-pointing, no "that's not our department." When something goes wrong, we own it and we fix it. One relationship, one point of contact, complete accountability.

The Resolved Difference

What you get from Resolved support

Responsive, reliable, and built around the way AEC firms actually work, so your team gets the support they need to stay productive.

A consistent team

A small, consistent team who know your systems, your people, and your priorities, so you are not starting over with a stranger each time.

Helpdesk & remote support

Phone, email, and remote access support for day-to-day issues, with 60-second phone and 60-minute email response targets.

On-site support

Hands-on assistance when remote fixes won’t cut it, whether it’s a hardware failure, office move, or infrastructure work.

Proactive monitoring

Continuous system monitoring, patch management, and preventative maintenance to catch issues before they cause disruption.

Asset & licence management

Full visibility of your hardware and software estate; tracked, managed, and optimized to avoid gaps or overspend.

AEC software support

Workstations, file access, and backup engineered for multi-gigabyte models, point clouds, and the design tools your team runs every day.

24/7 critical support

Round-the-clock availability for urgent issues, because project deadlines don’t wait for office hours.

Vendor coordination handled

When a printer, plotter, or software vendor points fingers, we own the ticket end to end. One call, one owner, resolved.

Onboarding & offboarding done right

New hires get accounts, hardware, and access ready on day one; departures are locked down the same day. No loose ends, no security gaps.

In Their Words

What clients say

Their response times to problems are always lightning quick. They are knowledgeable when it comes to troubleshooting and always suggest ways to improve security and management on the IT side. Always a pleasure to talk to.

Stiles | Operations

Resolved has been a great partner for our business. Reid and his team are good communicators, and even better listeners. They have been supporting us and leading IT with a smile for years.

Scott Proudfoot | Architect

Formosis Architecture

Great service. They were quick and professional, and they even adjusted their work schedule to fit our operating hours. They helped with issues that came up after the work was done. Matt and his techs even spent five hours on the phone with me to resolve them. Highly recommended.

FAQ

Questions firms ask

Do you actually support Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam? +

Yes. We treat Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and BIM coordination as core business systems, with workstations sized to the model, central files that sync clean across offices, and storage built for what a project really carries.

Do you support Mac-based design workflows? +

Yes. We support Mac-based design workflows and the tools that run on them.

How fast do you respond when our team hits a wall? +

Our targets are a 60-second phone response and a 60-minute email response, because we understand what is at stake when a deadline is looming, so your team gets back to billable work without losing momentum.

Will we get the same technicians, or a different person every time? +

You work with a small, consistent team who learn your business, and low turnover means the people who know your firm tend to stay, so you are not re-explaining your setup every time.

Is on-site support included, and what about after-hours? +

On-site support is included in your plan. We schedule visits at our discretion to keep service running well for every client, and in practice, when you ask us to come out, we usually do (firms outside our service area are flagged during the sales conversation). For urgent problems, high and critical-severity issues get around-the-clock, after-hours support.

What happens if the problem is with our printer, plotter, or a software vendor? +

We own the ticket end to end. When a printer, plotter, or software vendor points fingers, it is one call, one owner, resolved, with no "that is not our department".

Put a two-year plan behind your IT spend

Most firms buy technology one urgent decision at a time, with no plan behind the spend. A Strategic Technology Assessment fixes that: where your firm is today, where you want to go, and a two-year roadmap and IT budget to get there, quarter by quarter.

No obligation, and you do not have to switch providers to get the assessment. Deliverables yours to keep.
